ज़िन्दगी से हताश हूँ,
न जाने क्यूँ इतना निराश हूँ,
सब कुछ तो दिया है तूने ऐ खुदा,
खुश क्यूँ नहीं मैं, न जाने क्या है माज़रा |

उठाता हूँ रोज हाथ दुआ में,
झुकाता हूँ शीश तेरे दर में,

परछाई

मेरी परछाई ही मेरी साथी है
मेरे अस्तित्व की पाती है,

Sleepless Nights

2 AM and I lie awake,
thinking as the time goes by,
yet another wakeful sleepless night.
I dream of ghosts and wakeup screaming,
tears in my eyes

I want to go in dreamless slumber,
when will I get that I wonder

I have my troubles and my mind a rubble,
and at 2 AM I lie awake,
